Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully as you will need to agree to the following:

General Policies

Check in is between 15:00 and 19:00.
Check out by 10:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum one night stay.
Italian law requires all guests to show a valid ID when checking in. Examples of valid ID are: passport, drivers licence, and Italian carta di identità. Details will be taken and logged on the police portal and regional tourism system.
Bisenti apartments are for holidays only.
Loud parties are not permitted.
Recycling bins are provided, located at the back and side of the apartment building.
Our apartments are non-smoking.
The Terrace apartment has off street parking behind a secure gate, however the turning into the gate is small. It is best suited to a saloon car or smaller. The Garden apartment has off street parking.
The Cantina of Curiosities can only be booked if looking for larger accommodation in addition to the Garden apartment. The cantina cannot be booked separately.
 
Payment Conditions

A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The full booking balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
Payment can be made via PayPal or by bank transfer.
 
Liability and Unforseen Circumstances

Bisenti Apartments reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform the guest of this immediately and any payments already received will be refunded in full within 14 days.

Bisenti Apartments shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to either your property or person. Guests should ensure that all personal possessions are removed on departure from the property. In an event of a complaint the guest should immediately contact us. We will try to resolve the problem promptly and amicably. No complaints can be considered after departure from the property.

Force Majeure

Bisenti Apartments cannot accept liability or responsibility for any alterations, delay or cancellation or any other loss or damage caused by war, civil strife, terrorist action, industrial disputes, fire, sickness, Acts of God, epidemics, acts of any government, or public authority, changes imposed by re-scheduling of airlines or any event outside our control.
