There are three ski areas located near Bisenti that offer a range of activities, see below for details:

Campo Imperatore - located in the heart of the Gran Sasso National Park, suited for beginners and more experienced skiers. There is an opportunity to do cross-country skiing and snowshoeing whilst surrounded in nature. From Bisenti Apartments and to avoid road closures in winter the journey takes approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

Prati di Tivo - Can be found on the Teramano slope of the Gran Sasso. There is an opportunity to practice cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and mountaineering. From Bisenti Apartments the journey takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

Prato Selva - 15KM of slopes are available for skiing and snowboarding. From Bisenti Apartments the journey takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
