“The accommodation offers an excellent combination of comfort and relaxed ambience. We were particularly impressed by the spacious 55-square-metre, sunny terrace, which is equipped with comfortable loungers, a sofa and outdoor seating - ideal for enjoying the sun and ending the day in a relaxed way. The apartment itself is large - perfect for a family of five, very well maintained and clean and also offers enough toys and space for children to play. The location is central yet quiet, creating the perfect retreat. The restaurant directly opposite was very convienent for us. The secure parking facility takes away any worries about the vehicle.
Lisa and Paul are extremely friendly and accommodating hosts, making check-in and all communication smooth. A special highlight was the nice gesture of receiving a bottle of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo on arrival. Thank you very much, Lisa & Paul!”

“The apartment is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by greenery. We arrived back from Puglia with two cars and were able to use two parking spaces, as indicated, and we were greeted by Paul, the co-host, who welcomed us, showed us the house and indicated that there would be a small party in the square that evening, to which we then headed. All tidy and clean, the terrace is huge, well furnished and definitely the highlight of the house. In addition to the excellent welcome, they also gave us a good bottle of red wine, a nice thought and very welcome. Thanks for the experience, highly recommended.”

“The apartment is very large and bright, it is just a short walk from downtown. We found it clean! Lisa welcomed us in person, was very kind and explained everything to us in detail. She also came in person with her 3 wonderful children for checkout! We were travelling with a 7-month-old baby and he made us find a lot for him, from games to the changing table, high chair and carpets to put on the floor, we really appreciated it.”

The Terrace Apartment
180 Square Metres with a 55 Square Metre terrace that is bathed in sunshine. Also, comes with an exclusive private pool located on our drive way behind our secure gates. There is also a wrap around balcony that is accessible from every room, two bedrooms with one king size bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room area. A dedicated work room with Wi-Fi. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bath/shower. Features a television, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a hairdryer. This apartment sleeps 6 people.
The apartment comes with secure off-street parking.
Please note this apartment is only accessible by stairs. With regret we cannot host pets and there is no smoking in the apartment.

The Garden Apartment
180 Square Metres with front private garden, there are two bedrooms with one king size bed and four single beds. There is one bathroom with a shower. The apartment has
Wi-Fi. A washing machine, fridge/freezer, television, and hairdryer are available for use in the apartment. This apartment sleeps 6 people. Please note there are two small steps at the front door.
The apartment comes with off-street parking.
We regret we cannot host pets and there is no smoking in the apartment.

Cantina of Curiosities
A cabinet of curiosity during the Italian Renaissance, was an Aristocrat’s answer to excite their guests at opulent but dimly lit parties, collections of objects found on journeys to faraway lands were shown by the host to their audience. Accompanied with tales of epic adventures to elicit gasps of wonder from their guests.
Today, we have re-created that theme, with a quirky collection of vintage tea pots, telephones, tins, pictures, old medicinal bottles, wine barrels, and regal throne chairs! Meet Lula and Maddy in their uniforms! Large, cooler climate space, 140 sq. m. an add-on to our Garden apartment increasing total to 12 people. 12 seater table/chairs for socialising! Sleeps six people there is a double bed, a double loft bed and bunk beds. Loft/upper bunk bed not suitable for young children due to the height.
We regret we cannot host pets and there is no smoking in the cantina. Please note heating for this space is via two plug in radiators.
